When you review your work in the "PREVIEW" function of the software that is blurred, you can rest assured that it will NOT affect the print quality of your finished work.

The Preview function helps you review the overall layout of the pages in your work when completed, not the actual file quality to print when ordering.

The quality of the print will depend on the quality of the images you insert and the clip art (decorative images) in your work. If the quality is not enough, the software system will notify you.

Artclick's Online design software supports the function of reporting the quality of images and clip art (decorative images) during the design process to ensure the printing quality is not blurry or poor quality. .

For photos that you enlarge too large or the quality of the photo is poor, the software system will report a dot right above the image as shown below:

Orange exclamation mark: Report image quality from 80% - 60% (CAM newspaper quality may be enough to print but still affected - image is blurry)

Red exclamation mark: Indicates poor image quality below 60%

Note: For photos that signal red colors, you should replace the image with a better quality image or shrink the image to 80% quality. Images with red marks as above will affect the image quality when printed and Artclick will not guarantee the quality of pages with such red marks.

Clip art will also be reported as poor quality on the page when you order the work. At that time, you will go to those pages to check for low-quality images or clip art to edit.

You can add or remove design pages for Photobook products (except the cover page, first and last pages) on the page layout bar.

Note: The minimum number of pages for a Photobook is 20 pages and you cannot delete pages

For products such as Calendar, HomeDecor, etc., the number of pages is the default, you cannot add/remove pages.

Artclick has home delivery service. Just make an Order and choose an express or standard shipping method. Enter the correct delivery address. Depending on the area, delivery time will vary.

You can log in/register later. 

After choosing to purchase, you can log in/Register an account at the design software page.

To ensure that your design project is unfinished and if you want to save it, you need to log in/register for your account. When you complete the project you can proceed to order your products.

You do not need to activate your account in the email. You just need to register and you can design and order immediately.

Simply select “Forgot your password?” to proceed with creating a new password.

In the upper right corner of the screen at Artclick's online design software. Click on the three dots (more options), select the language you want to change.
