Quick Photobook Design Function

Do you spend a lot of time thinking about how to arrange photos reasonably and symmetrically on a design page?
Do you spend a lot of time dragging photos into available designs or into photo frames?

Now there is Smart Book – Quick photobook design function – automatic page layout with 1 mouse click. You just need to upload photos, and Smart Book will take care of arranging the images on the pages!

Step 1: Choose Quick Photobook

• Click to Photobook page here.
• Or click to the "Photobook" menu => Select ORDER NOW

Select Photobook Quick cover photo (Portrait/Landscape or Square)

Step 2: Select detailed parameters for the album

Select album parameters according to your preferences

• Choose cover model: Choose your favorite cover model
• Select size: Unit is CM
• Select album type: Layflat / Standard. You can hover over the "!" in the right corner to read a detailed description of the album type
• Choose cover type: Hardcover or softcover
• Select paper type. You can hover over the "!" in the right corner to read a detailed description of the paper type
• Select page number
• Name the work and click “Create Project”

Make sure you have registered/logged in to your account

Step 3: Upload your photos.

Select the source to upload your photos. For example, from computers or from albums posted on Facebook, Google Photo, etc. Then PRESS "Continue" to design

At this page, you can adjust parameters for automatic page layout with "Smart Book options" such as: the distance between images, the maximum number of images per page,...

After uploading the image, you click Continue. And wait 1-2 minutes for the system to automatically display the images on the page.

Step 4: Edit the design

Easily edit design layouts with a few mouse clicks. Click the arrow icon to switch layouts, click the square icon to see all page layout options.

You can still design additional decorations, backgrounds,... to make the album more lively.

A.The toolbar on the right side of the screen includes:

• Background: Change the background of the page, you can use the available background image from the Artclick library, upload it by using your computer or use a simple plain background color.
• Clipart: Insert additional icons according to the theme, you can use available decorations in the Artclick library or upload by your computer
• Mask: The mask layer helps your photo frames have more special shapes
• Theme: Change the page layout based on an existing template or another template in the library

For example: Click “Clipart”, Choose to upload decorative icon images from your computer (From computer) or use available images on the software (Library). If you select Library, a window opens for you to choose a themed decorative icon image. After selecting, click "Upload" Then drag the selected image to the design page.

B.The toolbar below the screen includes:

• Grid: Keep the image straight and not skewed or jumbled.
  When clicking on Grid - a blue grid will appear; therefore you can align the image in the middle with the page to avoid printing misalignment.

• Zoom: zoom in on the design to adjust details that are too small
• Copy page content: Copy the layout of the current page
• Paste page content: Paste the layout of the page that you have just copied
• Clear page: Clear the page layout

C.The toolbar on the left of the screen includes:

• Add QR code: Add QR Code
• Add textbox: Add words
• Add empty container: Add empty container to insert image
• Add colorbox: Add color patches
• Cut/copy/paste: Cut/copy & paste decorations/photo frames/color patches

D. The toolbar above the screen includes:

• Maximum: Zoom in to full size on the design page
• Themes: Change to another theme
• Collaborative: Invite friends to design. Here, you can share your work with friends to have 2 separate designs, or edit the same design with your friends between 2 different accounts.
• Share: Share your work in the preview format for others to see
• Preview: Preview the work
• Save: You can save the work or save it as a new copy
